As the Ardennes forests turn to their beautiful autumn colours, L'Orangerie's brunch embraces the finest seasonal ingredients and the rich culinary traditions of the region.

For several weeks, the signature favourites of our gourmet buffet are complemented by a selection of autumn and winter specialties. Enjoy artisan pâtés, slow-cooked stews, seasonal game, winter vegetables and comforting recipes inspired by the authentic flavours of the Ardennes.
