Wout Bru

Wout Bru trained at Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges before heading abroad to hone his craft. He opened his first restaurants in Eygalières, in the Alpilles mountain range in southern France, soon earning first one and then two Michelin stars. Wout was a regular fixture on cookery shows on Belgian TV before Marc Coucke and Bart Maerten invited him to take charge of the restaurants at Le Sanglier des Ardennes.
