Visiting Durbuy? Come and discover what has made Wout Bru one of Belgium’s finest chefs.

An iconic figure in the Belgian gastronomic landscape, Wout Bru trained at the Ter Groene Poorte hospitality school in Bruges before gaining experience abroad. It was in Eygalières, in the Alpilles region of France, that he opened his first establishments.

Now leading the four restaurants at Le Sanglier des Ardennes, his work was rewarded with a first Michelin star for the restaurant Le Grand Verre.
