An exceptional evening dedicated to James Ensor will be held on 21 November 2025. For its third edition, Le Sanglier des Ardennes invites you to relive the 11-course dinner given to James Ensor by his friend Ernest Rousseau on 10 November 1896. The magnificent setting of Le Sanglier will be enhanced by an exhibition of Ensor's paintings. The gastronomic side of the evening has been entrusted to our chef Wout Bru, who will delight you with his creations. This festive event is, of course, all about conviviality, meeting new people and sharing ideas.
