With great enthusiasm, I begin my role as the new Wine Director at Sanglier des Ardennes in Durbuy.

My passion for gastronomy began at hotel and tourism school, where I laid the foundations for my career in hospitality. I was then given the opportunity to further develop my experience in several renowned establishments.

From 2013 to 2016, I worked at Slagmolen (2 Michelin stars), where I refined my understanding of gastronomic finesse and deepened my appreciation for thoughtful food and wine pairings. Between 2016 and 2018, I was part of the team at De Kwizien, where product knowledge, creativity and overall guest experience were central.

In 2018, I took the step into entrepreneurship with Ansoler (2018–2020), where as owner-manager I was able to develop my own vision of wine and hospitality. From 2020 to 2025, I worked at Restaurant Hert (1 Michelin star), where precision, refinement and consistency were daily core values.

A new momentum for the wine identity of Sanglier des Ardennes

Today, I look forward to fully dedicating my experience and passion to the entire team at Sanglier des Ardennes. My goal is to further build a strong wine identity together, with attention to terroir, gastronomy and guest experience.

I strongly believe in collaboration, knowledge sharing and a positive vision of the future. Together, we can continue to grow and surprise our guests time and time again.

I look forward to writing this new chapter together.
